We are recruiting an Accounting Technician Trainee to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to develop in a solid company, with several companies in the group, and gain practical experience in accounting and financial management.

Profile of the ideal candidate:

• Eligible for an IEFP internship;
• Academic background in Accounting, Management or similar;
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word);
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and team spirit;
• Willingness to learn and proactive;
• We value previous knowledge of accounting software (not mandatory).

Main responsibilities:

• Updating administrative and accounting documentation (including attendance reports) for group companies;
• Organizing and filing accounting records, identifying and obtaining missing records when necessary;
• Keeping customer and supplier accounts up to date;
• Making accounting entries in the accounting software;
• Issuing checks for payments to suppliers;
• Issuing payments and receipts using management software;
• Ensuring compliance with tax and ancillary obligations, including sending surveys to INE and Banco de Portugal;
• Supporting document organization and collaborating with others departments whenever necessary.

• Spoken and written English (required);
• French spoken and written (preferred).
